Maritime Services International (MSi), Myanmar has been approved as the latest Marlins Approved Test Centre. MSi have just opened a brand new English for Seafarers course in Yangon. Also new to the Marlins Approved Test Centre Scheme is the Amoretti Armatori Group, Parma, Italy. Marlins would like to welcome both new members.
